For furnished apartments used for tourism in Liguria, ROSS1000 is the regional platform used for the procedures and requirements established by the Region. It is important to distinguish between the initial AAUT notification and the subsequent management of the property.
New tourist rentals are reported to the Region using the procedure specified for AAUTs. Once registered, a CITRA code is issued. The subsequent national CIN does not replace the regional code.
Effective April 1, 2025, Ligurian AAUTs are required to report tourist flows through ROSS1000. Arrivals and overnight stays must be reported in accordance with the instructions and deadlines specified by the Region.
ROSS1000 pertains to regional and statistical reporting requirements. Alloggiati Web, on the other hand, is the State Police service for reporting the number of people accommodated. Submitting a report through one system does not replace the other.
Transactions may be carried out by the party responsible for compliance or, where applicable, by a duly registered delegate. Before entrusting operations to third parties, the delegation must therefore be set up in accordance with regional procedures.
To log in, always use the official pages of the Liguria Region: authentication links may change, and the URLs generated during a SPID or CIE session are not permanent links.
Owner Value coordinates the ROSS1000 operational requirements specified by the service for the properties it manages and can assist the owner during the startup phase.
